How to export your data, unsubscribe, and delete your account
We value your privacy and have made it simple and easy to both export your lists from our servers so that you will always have a backup that's independent from our servers and have made it easy to remove your account from our servers if you desire.
How to export your data from Plox
Sign in to your account
Navigate to your settings page via the user profile in the top-right corner of the screen
Select "Settings"
Under the "Privacy" section, select the "Export account data" button
Either copy and paste the text that shows here or select the "Download my data" button
Your data should now be saved to your device
How to delete some of your account data
If you only wish to remove some of your account data, you can do this from within your account:
Sign in to your account
Navigate to your settings page via the user profile in the top-right corner of the screen
Select "Settings"
Remove any account settings that you wish
Navigate back to the account page and select "View and manage my lists"
Under each custom list, you can delete the entire list and all of its contents under the "More" button
The "My games" and "Wish" lists cannot be removed, but you can remove each game by going to the game page and removing it from the list
How to unsubscribe from Plox
Sign in to your account
Navigate to your settings page via the user profile in the top-right corner of the screen
Select "Settings"
Under the "Subscription" section, select the "Subscription details" button
Select "Unsubscribe" and confirm the selection
How to delete your account on Plox
Sign in to your account
Navigate to your settings page via the user profile in the top-right corner of the screen
Select "Settings"
Cancelling an active subscription is required before deleting your account
Optionally download your data before deleting your account
Under the "Privacy" section, select the "Delete account" button
Confirm the action by selecting "Yes, delete my account"
